What protocols are supported?
Our hosted platform supports SIP only for incoming calls and SIP & H323 for outgoing calls.
What codecs are supported?
Despite the ability of our system to support any voice codec we configured it to use G729 codec only. This is because we want to eliminate expensive (in server resources terms) transcoding proccess. If you cannot use G729 because of some reasons please contact us for individual agreement.
How can I start using HostedSwitch Service?
Register at www.HostedVPNSwitch.com Schedule testing of desired Hosted VPN Switch Service with our Support Engineers. Register your equipment (optionally as you can use our ready termination) and make test phone calls. Choose the Billing Plan and Make Payment. Add and configure your Routes.
